BISness is the word we have coined to signify enthusiasm for the job
BISness is a made-up word that we at BIS have coined to signify a calling and active involvement, the willingness to identify with the BIS Group and the commitment towards achieving success in a team; in other words: enthusiasm for the job.
The key purpose of the BIS Group’s business principles is to arouse and maintain enthusiasm for working at BIS. This is reflected in the image film on our corporate values. It features a square, which is a key design feature of all of the BIS Group’s corporate communications, transforming it into a cube, to which emotional elements are pinned.
Industrial work does not have its home in large office buildings but at production sites. In our image film, this is mirrored by the shots of industrial plants and the people who work there. Yet, the world of industrial services has further facets for employees, making varied demands of them and challenging them to contribute all that they can. This is symbolised in the image film by the cubes and squares.
But see for yourself ....
